HOUSE WEDDINGS AND PARTIES
These may be booked from late April through Christmas-time for a maximum of seventy people, and take place entirely within Blithfield Hall.
As for Garden Receptions, the marriage ceremony can take place either at your local church or a Registry Office and licence. We are planning to obtain a marriage license for the Hall in due course. After the marriage ceremony, and on arrival at Blithfield, you could enjoy a drinks reception in the panelled library, with our grand piano providing background music. Guests can then move to the Great Hall, which will be laid for a sumptuous banquet.Due to the fragile nature of the Hall and it's contents, we are sorry but there can be no dancing or loud music inside and all guests must leave by 11pm. In addition, we respectively ask that guests do not wear stiletto heels, that there is no smoking when inside the building and that children under 12 are entertained in the Servants Hall.
